A new level of service is now available by the family department by way of a fixed fee consultation on all issuses of family law at a convenient time to suit your commitments.
Subject to an advance payment of £85 plus VAT a telephone conference lasting upto 45 minutes will be arranged with the appropriate member of the family department to advise on any of the following issuses:
• Divorce
• Separation
• Pre-Nuptial Agreements
• Residence & Contact Issues in respect of Children
• Financial Matters
• Domestic Violence
• Civil Partnership & Cohabitee Issues
Stage 1: Please complete the attached "Client Consulation Form"
Stage 2: Please indicate your preference for time and date of telephone consultation.
Stage 3: Submit the completed form.
• You will then be contacted by a member of the family department within
48 hours (weekdays) to arrange a consultation and to arrange for payment to
be made.
• Please ensure the Client Consultation Form is completed as far as possible
with all relevant details to ensure comprehensive advice can be given.
• N.B:- Please note that the consultation will not take place until payment
has been secured.
